Service List

Our labor charge is $35 per hour. A virus removal typically takes two hours; system optimization typical takes two hours. Very rarely does anything take longer than three hours but diagnosis is $35 compared to $99 everywhere else.

Website Design and Maintenance

We can come to your home or business, but we try to get you to try other means of correcting your issue before you have to use us for a house call. House calls are a minimum of $50 and includes your first hour we are onsite.

House/Business Call

Many people in the community are asking for one on one classes because even conventional classes don’t help you understand the basic uses of computer, sending pictures, sending emails and even deleting or archiving files. Rachel gives these classes by appt and are $20 an hour.
